So today was a typical Sunday.
One word. Boring.
So nothing much to talk about.
Oh.There's this one incident i want to share.
Okay.So a friend of mine shared with me that his parents were ranting to him about how he should get rich or die trying , literally. They even asked his brother to leave his current gf to find a richer one.
Money may be good. For obvious reasons like buying stuff for yourself. Money may perhaps be able to buy you many things in the world. But , money cannot buy you friendship or love. Cliche , you may say? But i believe totally in it. Money may get you friends or a wife , but their true feelings to you may be false.
Nowadays parents keep telling us to do things no matter what , to ensure that we will have a rich future ahead of us or whatever. However , by always thinking about how to be rich , we often neglect our most precious things in life. And that is our friends. Given the choice , i'd rather be a normal earning person who has many friends than being a rich person with no friends at all.
In conclusion , this is why we need to strike a balance in our life between trying our best to have be a rich person ahead and also our friends. Of course , we need to also listen to our hearts.
Get rich /friends or die trying (:
Do you feel yourself suffocating
